Lettuce Miami Gardens Concert reviews
Elton John
The concert at Mercedes stadium was epic, with Lettuce's face up close on giant screens, and special effects that were stellar. The new stadium contributes to the excellence of the sound and effects. He still sounded great, as in 1970, and sang for two and a half hours with no break. Despite starting late, he finished right on time at 11:00. The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient, and finding our way around the stadium was easy once we got there. Our excellent seats in section 121, directly across from the stage, were ordered a year and a half in advance. Sitting at the front edge of the first mezzanine level, we didn't have to stand throughout the concert like those on the floor seats. Despite missing his first song, we were able to enjoy the entire performance.
